Rush Steel Supply Inc. is a Family-Owned Steel company Serving All Sectors in the Imperial County California. Since 2010, Rush Steel has proudly supplied top-quality metals with a commitment to service, supporting local welders, farmers, and hobbyists alike, ensuring your projects get the materials they deserve with expert service.
We first founded the company in 2010 and began in a small warehouse in the city of Imperial, CA. Starting with a modest stock and a small team, we had big dreams and a strong determination to grow and succeed. Over the years, our dedication and hard work have transformed those dreams into reality, expanding our operations and reaching new heights in our industry.
After six successful years at our original location, we have relocated to a more centralized area in the heart of El Centro’s business district. This new location allows us to be within easy reach of local companies, individual project enthusiasts, and new potential clients; enabling us to serve you better and strengthen our connections within the community. We look forward to welcoming you to our El Centro Main St. office and continuing to support your projects and business needs.
The Man Carrying an H Beam
Our logo, designed by Architect Victor Llorente Ledesma, embodies the spirit of our company since its founding. We wanted a distinctive graphic symbol that reflects who we are and what we deliver to our customers: fast, reliable service. This patented design draws inspiration from the Marvel comics of Octavio’s childhood, portraying a superhero—a hardworking man Rushing to carry a Steel Beam. He wears a helmet, gloves, boots, and safety glasses, highlighting our unwavering commitment to safety as our top priority.
The 9 Welding Girls
Created as an advertising concept, these patented characters were designed by artist Erwin S. Bárcenas Oliveros, known as “El Ataúd,” from Veracruz, Mexico. They represent nine Welding Girls inspired by the iconic 1950s pin-up style, each featuring vibrant red hair, of course!
